What Is PNE
Pittsburgh Ninja Elite will be an invitation-only competitive team for young ninja athletes in the Pittsburgh area. Not a class. Not a club. A team with standards, expectations, and a purpose.
PNE athletes will be coached by elite-level competitors, compete in sanctioned FINA and UNAA events, and represent Pittsburgh at the regional and national level. This will be the path for young athletes who want to take the sport seriously.
The Standard
Demonstrated competitive performance. You can move. You have results or potential that stands out.
You take direction. You adapt. You do the work when nobody is watching.
You show up. Every session. Every rep. Talent means nothing without discipline.
Sportsmanship. Respect. Integrity. You represent the team everywhere you go.
The Coaching
PNE athletes will not be coached by rec instructors. They will be coached by elite-level competitors — athletes who have competed at the highest levels of the sport and are being brought in to build the next generation.
These coaches will train here. They will compete here. And they will pour everything they know into the athletes on this team.

The Opportunity
The sport has produced elite talent for years. But there is no professional path. No team salary. No structured sponsorship. Athletes train, compete, build audiences — and age out with nothing to show for it. Ninja 51 is being built to change that.
The Partnership Model
Selected athletes will not pay for a spot. They will be invested in. This is what the development model is designed to provide.
The plan is a monthly stipend to cover your cost of living so you can train full-time. No day job. No financial stress. Just the sport.
You will earn a growing percentage of the revenue you help generate — sponsorships, merch, content, prizes. Your share will increase over time as you prove your value.
Full access to competition-grade equipment. Professional coaching and programming. A facility being designed for athletes at your level.
The model covers travel, lodging, and entry fees for sanctioned competitions. You will compete. We will handle the logistics.
Videography, editing, posting support. We will build your platform alongside ours. Your training content. Your competition footage. Your audience — growing together.
N51-branded training gear and competition apparel. You will represent the brand. The brand will represent you.
This will be a graduated partnership. You start supported. As you prove your value, your share grows. The deal gets better over time — for both sides.
Zero upfront cost. N51 will take all the risk. You bring the talent and the work ethic.
The Process
Submit your information and competition history below. Every application will be reviewed personally.
Selected applicants will be asked to submit competition or training footage. We want to see you move before inviting you to evaluate.
If your footage earns a slot, you will be invited to an in-person evaluation. Formal tryout. Coaches will be watching everything.
If it is the right fit, we will sit down and talk through the partnership terms. This is a mutual commitment — both sides need to be all in.
